No. Fabio is not a therapist and doesn't pretend to be one. If what you need is a therapist, he'll tell you that honestly.

No. Show up with whatever's on your mind. A specific question or a vague feeling both work.

**How long is a session?**
Most sessions run 60–90 minutes. No timer.

**What happens after the session?**
You leave with a clear picture of what to do next. If you want to come back, you book another session whenever you're ready.

**Is this in person or online?**
